New Year, Same Old Fears . . .Not This Time !Grab your hammer instead and join us as we build like never before. Our 5-month blog tour with a twist is on! It's 5 Fears Faced UNAFRAID in 5 Months, and you're invited!
Unafraid: Living God’s Plan on a Ladder and a Promise follows the Israelites’ story from the Book of Haggai as they rebuild Solomon’s temple after the Babylonian captivity, but the practical application to our lives is pure 21st century. The Israelites overcame all kinds of fear and obstacles to do the job God had for them, and He’s still giving jobs to those of us who follow Him today.
Now it’s our turn to build temples—our lives that honor God and reflect Him and His grace to those around us. Haggai 2:5 says “My Spirit remains among you. Do not fear.” If we trust Him to be true, we can build whatever He says.
We’re ready to start this year off right and keep it going with our lives in a bold and courageous way. We’re going to live our new book, one day, one fear at a time. And we start here.

 Please join my fellow bloggers and me as we address a different fear each month, February through June. You’ll find a post the first of each month on my new blog about each fear and questions and strategies for moving past them, plus a brief, corresponding Bible Study for easy download for yourself or your ladies group.
I want readers and bloggers to focus on their unique struggles and how God can quiet their fears and help them build a greater life wherever they are now, because He promised the best that’s yet to be—and that hasn’t changed in 2500 years.
Here’s our blogging schedule. Please feel free to copy and post anything to your own blog, and contact me if you’d like to have an interview about our tour, book or any month in particular. Invite your readers and share our build with your friends. Participate when you can—no pressure.
The more we receive God’s grace and reflect Him to those around us, the more we become what He already sees – and what everyone we meet needs. Let’s help each other, one brick at a time . . . .

Everyone who participates will be part of our Toolbelt Brigade – those of us working each day to build where God says build, unafraid. And that means we’ll still be swinging a hammer long after this 5-in-5 Build is over, because as long as God’s left us here, He’s got a plan.
 All we have to do is our part, and we do it much better in faith than in fear. So please join us beginning February 1 as we work to make this year different from all the rest. Our temples are waiting . . . .
